Βιάννος είναι χωριό στo Νομό Ηρακλείου Κρήτης (νότια της Ελλάδας) με 878 κατοίκους. Είναι κτισμένο αμφιθεατρικά στην πλαγιά που σχηματίζουν οι πρόποδες της οροσειράς Δίκτης σε υψόμετρο 560μ. με θέα προς τον ελαιώνα της επαρχίας Βιάννου και το Λιβυκό πέλαγος (η θάλασσα μεταξύ των νότιων ακτών της Κρήτης και των ακτών της βόρειας Αφρικής).
Το χωριό Βιάννος είναι χτισμένο στα ερείπια της αρχαίας πόλης Βίεννα.
Από την εποχή του Μινωικού πολιτισμού μέχρι και σήμερα, παράγει ένα από τα καλύτερα λάδια του Το κλίμα της Βιάννου επηρεάζεται από τον συνεχή νότιο άνεμο του πελάγους. Η ηλιοφάνεια είναι η μεγαλύτερη στην Ευρώπη, πάνω από 3.100 ώρες το έτος. Τα νερά που προέρχονται από τα βουνά που περιβάλλουν τους ελαιώνες, ο ήλιος και ο άνεμος, έχουν δημιουργήσει τη μοναδικότητα των εδαφών, που δίνουν τα ιδιαίτερα οργανοληπτικά και γευστικά χαρακτηριστικά στην ελιά.
Viannos Village είναι η ονομασία της εταιρείας εξαγωγής λαδιού. Τα προϊόντα διαθέτουν ονομασία προέλευσης ΠΟΠ και βρίσκονται κάτω από συνεχή έλεγχο των οργάνων της ΕΕ για την εξασφάλιση της ανώτερης ποιότητας. Η συλλογή περιλαμβάνει 3 σειρές εξαιρετικής ποιότητας λάδι: την exclusive, τη land of olive oil & την extrissimo.
Το χρώμα του είναι χρυσοπράσινο και το άρωμα του φρουτώδες.

Έμπνευση για τη σειρά είναι το δέντρο – ελιά
ηλικίας 500 χρόνων που βρίσκεται στο Viannos Village και αποτελεί ένα απ’ τα γηραιότερα ελαιόδεντρα παραγωγής λαδιού και το οποίο απεικονίζεται μπροστά στα μπουκάλια.
